“4-to-Fix the County” is a capital improvements program approved by voters twice and undertaken by Tulsa County beginning in 2000. It included monies for critical areas of improvement within Tulsa County: criminal justice, parks, Expo Square and County roads. “Real problems require real solutions” is the simple concept at the heart of the 4-to-Fix initiative.
